Waldorf Salad

by Adam Thompson

Waldorf Salad

This super simple salad can be whipped up in a hurry if you need an extra dish. It is very flexible also - you can use whatever ingredients you have on hand.)

Dice a bowlful of apples. You can peel them or leave the peels on.

Add dressing. Usually, mayonnaise, but you could use yoghurt for a healthier option.

Add dried fruit. Usually raisins, but you can also used apricots,
goji berries, etc.

Add protein. Usually walnuts, but you can use a variety of seeds or nuts.

Just stir, chill and serve!
