Tefal Actifry For Low Fat Frying

by Craig Fisher
(UK)

The Tefal Actifry is a revolutionary product that uses innovative technology to produce tasty fried food at a fraction of the fat of ordinary fried foods.

As with all healthy eating diets, limiting the amount of fried food a person consumes is an important factor. However, even people with very healthy diets sometimes eat fried foods. Whether it is for convenience or the occasional treat, many people find fried foods difficult to resist.

Would it be nice to occasionally eat fried foods without the large amounts of fat usually associated with chips, etc? The Tefal Actifry not only produces fried food with a comparatively minimal amount of fat, it also produces food in every way as tasty as the high fat version.

For example if you like chips or french fries the Tefal Actifry can make these with 3% fat, which is less than even most oven chips. The Actifry achieves this by utilising the one spoon (yes, just one spoon) of oil needed in a very special way.

The Actifry uses a combination of a rotating spindle and hot air, which creates a mist over the food to produce a crispy coating.

As well as chips the Actifry can cook a host of other dishes and foods. Most Actifrys come with a booklet that gives some examples of the versatility of the product.

All of the movable parts of the Actifry are also dish washable so you won't have to stay too long in the kitchen to clean the product.
