Organic Peanut-Butter Smoothie

Ingredients
- 8 ounces of plain soy milk (or 4 oz of plain and 4 oz of chocolate soy milk)
- 3-5 large ice cubes
- 2 TBLS of organic smooth peanut butter
- 1 Large ripe banana (preferably organic)
- 1 TBLS of organic or natural honey
- 2 TBLS of Flaxseed oil (a great way to take this oil)
DirectionsPlace soy milk and ice in blender. Then add the peanut butter, honey and banana. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes. Then on low, take the lid off and pour in the oil.
You will be very surprised how great this taste. We have it almost everyday and I have more energy and keeps me satisfied till lunch time.
