Nacho Libre's

I think meals have to be simple and realistic. I also think its fine if you have exact amounts but I know when I cook I eyeball everything.
That being said, here's a nice low-fat recipe for nachos. Doesn't EVERYONE love nachos?!?!
Extra Lean Ground Turkey (Breast)(I use Jenni-O)
Taco Seasoning
Low Fat Corn Tortilla Chips
Fat Free Chili
Spinach or Lettuce
Jalepenos
Salsa (I like Herdez, but I dont think its available everwhere)
Fat free Cheese (I like Mexican Blends)
Fat free Sour Cream
Directions:
In a non-stick pan brown the ground turkey with Taco Seasoning (add as much as you like).
Heat Chili in microwave or in a small pot.
Chop spinach or lettuce.
Spread turkey meat over chips, cover with chili, add lettuce/spinach, jalepenos, cheese, sour cream and salsa.
Simple enough right?
You could add tomatoes too if you like them (I don't!)
Why not prepare extra of everything so you can have it a few times as a quick, healthy, low-fat meal? Just heat the meat and chili and cover with toppings!
This is exactly the kind of meals I recommend to my clients to support their fat-loss goals.
