Mixed bean and pasta salad

Ingredients


  • 1 can mixed beans

  • 3 cloves garlic minced

  • 1/4 cup red onion chopped

  • 1 cup of your favorite pasta, cooked

  • pinch of basil

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tsp sugar or substitute

  • seasoning salt and pepper to taste

  • 1/4 cup frozen peas




How to Prepare

Rinse beans in strainer then dump everything into a mixing bowl and blend with a spoon. Refrigerate at least 2 hrs before serving.
