Ingredients:
This is what you do: First, slice the spring onions, and dice the tofu. Then put the miso and dashi in a pot and stir till the miso disolves. Next, cook the soup over medium heat till hot, but do not let it boil. After that, add the noodles to the pot and continue cooking till just before boiling. That's that! Sprinkle the spring onions on each serve, and place a few tofu cubes. That's it! By the way, Miso Soup follows the Great Taste No Pain Eating Principles . That is if you eat it alone or with rice! Just don't add chicken.
