Microwave Choc Cake

1 cup flour
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 cup sugar
12.5g baking powder.
mix together.
3 tablespoons cocoa in 1 cup boiling water. Cool little bit.
Beat 2 eggs.
Mix eggs with cocoa water. Keep stirring.
Mix egg and cocoa mixture with flour mix. Add tablespoon cinnamon.
Put in ring pan with waxpaper in bottom of pan or 5 liter plastic icecream tub lined with waxpaper. Lift container with cake mix on egg carton in microwave.
Bake at high for 6 1/2min.
Layer cake in 2.
Mix icing sugar (1 tab sp) with apricot yogurt and put between layers and a topping on cake.
Another option (not low fat). Mix 1 tub cream (whipped), icing and cocoa.
