Low Fat Snack Recipes:
Tortilla and Smoked Turkey

This is a very interesting low fat snack recipe. The tortilla is not a real one. I mean, a real tortilla is made from "maiz" (corn flour for "masa"), and not from wheat. So, you're not getting the real deal here.

Having let that out of my chest, I must admit... mexican or not, it tastes blooming good, by goley! But don't abuse it. Each serve is 4.5 points, and a couple of these beauties will set you back 9 points!

So... enjoy in moderation with something else as a filler.

Nutritional Information:

Serves 6

Fat: 3.5 g

Cal: 286

KJ: 1200

WW: 4.5 Point

Ingredients:

2 Tbsp low fat cream cheese

2 Tbsp low fat ricotta cheese

1 large wholemeal flour tortilla (unless you can get a real corn tortilla!)

2 large romaine lettuce leaves

150 g sliced smoked turkey breast

1 spring onion, chopped.

This is what you do:

Mix the cheeses well, and spread the mix on the tortilla and top it with the lettuce, turkey, tomatoes and onions. The roll the tortilla like a wrap or kebab.

Nice and quick snack, isn't it?
