Low Fat Snack Recipe: Avocado and Tomato Dip

This avocado and tomato salsa is a low fat snack recipe you can enjoy with low fat lebanese bread, or rice crackers. It serves 6, and it only contains 1.3 g of fat per serve.

This is a very healthy dip... and creamy and delicious too.

I'll tell you a secret... the special flavour in this low fat snack recipe is in the spices. Ground cumin puts a special taste to this deep.

Nutritional Information:

Serves 6

Fat: 1.3 g

Cal: 30

KJ: 125

WW: 0.5 Point

Ingredients:

2 diced tomatoes

1/2 red onion, chopped

1 tsp crushed dried chilli

1 medium sized avocado, diced

1 tbsp red wine vinegar

2 tsp lime juice

1/4 tsp ground cumin

This is what you do:

Blend the above ingredients in a blender for a creamy texture.

If you would like to taste some "crunchiness", don't blend the red onion.
