Bloody Delicious Low Fat Dip!

This is not a low fat snack recipe... really. It's a low fat dip... but not just an ordinary dip... It's a bloody delicious one! (especially when you've got the munchies). Ok... it qualifies as a low fat snack recipe "sider" or "aid".

Low fat dips are a graid addition to your healthy-eating arsenal of tricks.

Let's face it! One of the reasons one looks for delicious (but fat-saturated) food is because of the taste these meals and snacks have.

And I've even heard people saying things like "if it's too deliciuos, it can't be good for you."

But part of the philosphy I embrace in my own healthy eating journey is that low fat food can be delicious if you know what to prepare... and how.

This low fat dip is a clear example of a delicious low fat snack recipe. You can have it with rice crackers, or low fat crackers. Or you can go all healthy and cut carrot and celery sticks and have them with this dip.

This is called "eating the smart way", as you reduce your hunger eating good food, and get into good eating habits (increasing your vitamins and minerals and other nutritious goodies.
