Low Fat Chicken Soup (Skinny Chicken Soup)
Chicken soup is good for you... or so they say. But this low fat chicken soup is definitely good for you because it is very low in fat.
Having chicken soup for colds used to be thought of as being old wives' tales, but I read recently that there may be some truth in that claim.
I can't vouch for it from a health professional point of view, but I do know that having chicken soup when I'm sick makes me feel better. And if even in your sick bed you worry about the amount of fat you consume, this low fat chicken soup may be just what the doctor ordered (but make sure you check with your doctor, ok?).
