Cooking low fat seafood recipes can be a smelly task, but if you cook the right recipes, the smell would be worth it!

Fish, for instance, is very easy to digest, and contains higher amounts of vitamins and minerals than most other foods. And cholesterol is not a problem with fish. In fact, it contains considerable amounts of polyunsaturated fat, which are what scientists call "good fats".

Other types of seafood are also very tasty and healthy. I particularly like cray fish, octopus, barbecued sardines, tuna steak and that kind of thing.
