And you can also afford to be a "greedy guts" and have 2 or 3 servings, as each serving is only 2.5 WW pts... But don't get carried away! Remember that you can make the best of your delicious low fat recipes by eating smart: combine meals that you enjoy in quantities that will not leave you hungry.
This delicious pizza burger recipe is stricktly for meat-lovers only, as it is.made of extra-lean-heart-friendly-mouth-watering minced beef. Yummmmmm....
And you should complement you meal with a low point salad, and/or steamed rice, and a zero points drink (or even a low fat smoothie). Hey! You could even leave some room for a delicious low fat dessert recipes!

Ingredients:
280 g (10 oz) extra-lean ground beef (10% or less fat)
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves
1/4 cup tomato sauce (no salt added)
1/4 cup thinly sliced white mushrooms
45 g (1 1/2 oz) skim-milk mozzarella cheese,
grated
1 Tbsp minced fresh flat-leaf parsley

This is what you do:
Mix the beef, salt, pepper and oregano in a large bowl.
Then make 4 equal patties with the minced beef mix.
Next, cook the patties for about 3 minutes, and turn over once.
Spread each patty with 1 tablespoon tomato sauce.
Top each pattie with 1 tablespoon of sliced mushrooms and one-fourth of the cheese.
Cook, covered for 4 minutes, or until cheese is melted and patties are cooked through.
Serve your delicious low fat pizza burgers sprinkled with parsley. Care to have them with Lebanese bread? Mmmmm.... Heaven!
