Low Fat Lunch Recipe #1:
Grilled Cheese Turkey Sandwich

This Grilled Cheese Turkey Sandwich is another great low fat lunch recipe. As a matter of fact, you can also have it as a snack!

Turkey is one of the lowest meats in fat content you can find around, especially if you use sliced cold turkey.

If you go for the normal turkey, though, (as in the left overs from Thanks Giving), the fat content would be much higher. So, stick to this low fat lunch recipe, and nobody gets hurt. Ok? Especially those of you who need to lose weight as a matter of urgency.

This sandwich is very tasty. The only downside to this low fat lunch recipe is that it takes a little bit more work than your average sandwich... but it's worth it.

Try it... you may want to come for seconds... but I would save the points for yet another delicious low fat recipe.
