But eating low fat food is only one of the many things you can do to lose weight or improve your diet. The Internet is flooded with healthy eating information and weight loss resources. Where do you start? Who do you trust? How do you make them work for you? The resources in this page are a good starting point for you.
This page is an ongoing project. I'm keeping an eye on interesting sites, products, tips and articles related to weight loss and healthy eating, and adding them here for your benefit from time to time.

Weight Loss Junction: Your ally against those unwanted pounds - how to lose it, and keep it off!
Weight Loss Motivation: Janice Small has an excellent site that discusses the link between weight loss and motivation. She's right, you know? Weight loss starts in your mind (like everything else!), and one of the reasons why so many people fail with their diets, is because their motivation decreases with time.
Popular Diets: Do They Work? Jonni Good has a very informative collection of articles on this and other weight loss topics in her site. I reckon her site is worth checking out because it discusses not only dieting, but other weight loss related topics such as gastric bypass surgery, sugar addiction (I know someone who fits that label!), exercise and fitness, and the like.
Fitness, Exercise and Toning Up
Yup, you read that one right! Whilst eating healthy food has a significant effect on your weight, you will also want to tone up your body for 2 reasons:
First, because by exercising, you'll burn fat quicker. Fat contains calories (energy) that your muscles burn when you exercise them.
Second, because as you lose weight, your skin tends to hang, and the appropriate exercise may help you toning your skin and muscles, making you look attractive, and keeping your body healthy and strong.
