Low Fat Dinner Recipe #4: Roasted Rosemary and Garlic Potatoes
To prepare this low fat dinner recipe, use potatoes of similar size, so that they are all baked at the same time.
But if you cannot get uniformly sized potatoes, dice them into similar sized bits.
If you have gourmet potatoes, you may want to leave the skin when you roast them. Spray the skin briefly with cannola oil for extra crispiness.
Now, if you are on a low carbs diet, this recipe is not for you.
Potatoes are one of the vegetables with high carbs content.
Luckily, this website does not advocate that type of diet (although, if it works for you, I congratulate you, as I am of the view that if your doctor approves it, and if it works for you, then keep at it. You've found your way to health!).
As you can see with this recipe (and the rest of the recipes in my site), you don't have to eat horribly tasting food, and you do not have to deprive yourself from food you like.
You just have to be moderate in your fat and calories intake, and exercise regularly (without killing yourself from exhaustion!), and your body will take care of the rest.
