Ingredients:
This is what you do: Mix 2 tablespoons of mil, the sugar and cornflour. Heat the rest of the milk in a saucepan together with the chocolate drops till the milk boils. Pour the milk on the cornflour mix, and stir well. Pur the new mix back into the saucepan and heat till it boils. Stir frequently till mixture thickens. Simmer for about 3 minutes. Meanwhile, mix the orange rind with the above mixture. Wet a medium (685 ml, or 3 cups) Pyrex mould an pour the mixture into it and let it set. Put it in the fridge and let it chill. To serve unmould it by immersing the mould in hot water for about 3 seconds, and place a wetted serving plate on top of the mould. Then hold in position and turn it over quickly. Slice the orange and decorate your dessert with the slices and rind. Serve this low fat chocolate recipe cold and enjoy!.
