Low Fat Breakfast Recipe #1:
Plain Ol' Pancakes

Plain old pancakes can be a delicious low fat breakfast recipe if you know how to cook them using low fat ingredients.

As I often say, you don't have to eat "bird seeds" to lose weight. And you don't have to skip breakfast either. In fact, you must have breakfast if you want speed up your metabolism.

And with this type of low fat breakfast, you don't have to skip it either. In fact, you should be looking forward to having it!

Now, if you still feel guilty about eating these low fat pancakes... don't. Go for a morning walk instead (or an evening one, if you leave to work in a rush).

This low fat breakfast recipe makes 8 pancakes, and the nutritional values have been calculated on the basis of 2 pancakes per serve.

Remember, though, that the key to losing weight is not necessarely what you eat (although that is a significant factor), but the amount of food you eat, and the amount of exercise you do on a daily basis.

Also, the secret of eating delicious low fat food is in the ingredients you choose to use.

If you use a commercially available ready-pancake-mix, with lots of fat and sugar, then you can expect to gain weight in a matter of days.

But if you substitute ingredients wisely, you'll be surprised as to how easy it is to lose weight... if you stick to a healthy eating plan.

Enjoy your low fat breakfast, and eat your low fat pancakes "responsibly". ;-)
