Lose inches - waistline has increased - need to lose about 4 inches

I would like to lose inches on my waistline by the time Easter rolls around and summer is upon us.

It is embarrassing to me to have to cover up the roll that now appears around my waist.

oh yes, I know that feeling! Wearing a bathing suit and feeling like everyone is staring at your "waist rolls".
