Lose 15-20 pounds

I currently weigh between 137 and 140 pounds.The weight has manifested in the last year. It is predominantly belly fat and fat on my hips.
I am starting my exercise plans with Wii Active working 30 minutes to one hour each day. I hope to lose the weight by April 1st, 2010.
One long term goal is to run a local 10K run. No way this year, but I plan to run it in 2011.
I want to do this for my long term health and for my son.
