Lose 12kg after giving birth

I had put on a lot of weight after delivery and was not feeling comfortable wearing tight fitting clothes.
So I made a target that I should loose 12kgs within six months for which I took admission in gym. I used to go to the gym regularly for one hour in the morning.
Along with going to the gym I bought a diet chart from my dietitian and sticked to it as I wanted to reduce by any means.
By sticking to diet and exercise I reduced almost 12kgs within six months and was able to achieve my target.
