Healthy Meat Loaf

  • 1 lb extra lean ground beef or turkey

  • 1/2 cup ketchup

  • 1/4 cup worcestershire or HP sauce

  • 1 pkg onion soup mix

  • 2 mushrooms diced

  • 1/2 can refried beans spicy or regular

  • 1 egg white

  • dash of black pepper

  • pinch of seasoning salt if desired



Method:
Mix all together using only half the ketchup and form into a baking dish.
Spread the remaining ketchup over top of loaf and bake 45-60 min with 350°F until done.
Drain and serve with your favorite low fat sides.
