Healthy Fruit Salad
1 small apple (I prefer Washington Delicious)
1 small bananna
½ Cup of Pinapple
1 Cup sweet grapes
1 Large sweet orange
½ Cup Nuts (I use walnut or cashews)
small diced fresh ginger (optional)
Cut into bite size pieces
Dressing
Mix
3 Tablespoons Raw local honey
2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon ground cinnamon
juice from 1 fresh lemon
Pour dressing over fruit, toss salad and let set at room temperature for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Stir and serve.
Serves 4
