Can you really use body wraps to lose weight without dieting?
It sounds too good to be true, but in fact in some cases you can. Body Wraps do not help with fat loss, but they make you lose water.

Some people even take it up a notch and sit in the sauna, covered like that. I really don't recommend that, but I've seen many women do so. This is definitely too risky for me.
