Baked Fish in Lite Sour Cream
I've had baked fish before, but till recently, had never tried it with low fat sour cream. Dude! This low fat seafood recipe is delicious! It is creamy without the fat! Nutritional Information: Serves 4 Fat: 2 g Cal: 148 KJ: 622 WW:2.5 Points |
Ingredients: - 1/2 pound of perch fillets. - 1 lemon (Juice) - 1 cup of light sour cream - 1 Tbsp fresh chives - 1 Ground pepper
This is what you doPreheat the over at 180 C (375 F). Spray a baking dish with low fat oil.Mix the light sour cream with the chives and spread on top of the fish. Cover with a lid or foil and bake for about 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 6 minutes or so. Take it out of the oven and sprinkle with ground pepper. Ping! (that's the oven clock sound). Your baked fish in light sour cream is read to be served with a salad and steamed rice. By the way, fish is a very healthy and has plenty of nutrients, such as iodine and good omega-3 fats.Therefore you should eat fish at least once a week or complement your diet with natural omega-3 fish oil.
