Apple & Banana Smoothie

by Darnell Rogers
(Brooklyn,NY)

First you will need

1/2 cup of apples (use measuring cup), take seed out and peel the skin. Then cut of the tip and the bottom.
When finished, slice apple into dices.

1/2 cup of bananas, peel of the skin and cut into big pieces

5-8 cups of ice

1/4 gallon of 1% milk or soy milk. Make sure it's not expired.

Mixing
Put all of the indegrients into the blender and blend unil the mixture is smooth and there's no ice.
Taste a little bit. If the smoothie is too thick, pour another 1/2 cup of milk and blend again.

Also,
Don't put in frige only in freezer, and don't leave it there all night.

Enjoy!
