We're still way into the barbecue season. If you offer lean meats and veggies, you have to be careful not to spoil everything with a fatty mayonnaise or ketchup sauce.
Try this aromatic and low fat Szechwan barbecue sauce instead!

2. Low Fat Szechwan Sauce
Makes 8 servings
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger
- 3 red chilies
- 1 bunch green onions
- 12 mushrooms
- 1 cup chopped capsicum
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1 cup Worcester sauce
- 1 lime
Directions
Chop chilies and onions, slice mushrooms. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and squeeze lime on top of it.

3. Lose 4" of belly fat fast

How would you like to drop 4 inches of belly fat without any
king of drugs and without paying expensive club dues? And
not only that but many more inches of unsightly fat from every
other part of your body?
Some questions I get all the time are... "Can I really lose a
lot of weeight?" "I've been heavy for so long, it is really
possible?" "Can I really eat differently even though I've eaten
the foods I eat my whole life?"
And of course, since I've got over 123,000 subscribers around
the world, I usually don't know the people that ask the questions
personally... but whether I know you are not, no matter what
your reasons for being overweight are, I know absolutely
positively for a fact that whether you have 4 inches or 14 inches
to lose that you absolutely CAN do it.
But the challenge it really lies in the question itself not in
a person's body's ability to do it. If you are 100 pounds
overweigght and you just stop eating totally, I guarantee you
that you will drop weightt fast. So your body CAN do it. Okay?
So the question is not will my body comply if I follow the
rules... the question is can you develop the mindset, the belief
systems and the discipline to eat and act in a healthy manner
for the rest of your life?
That question, which shows doubt, is the first indicator that
they probably never will. In truth, anyone can reach their
ideal weight and fitness level... all you need to do is eat
certain types of foods, in moderate amounts and move your body
in ways that are proven to shed fat and build muscle. It's as
simple as that.
So of course you can lose it.
The challenge of a is not in your body's ability to do it but
in your mind's ability to do it.
So the next question is can "Eating for Excellent Health Now!"
and "I Love Exercising Now!" get you to change the way you think
and get you to do what you need to do?
The answer is they have for thousands of other people, and
unless you have a serious mental disorder keeping you from
functioning in the normal way in your everyday life, the answer
is of course they can.
Why do the work at all, let alone quickly?
Because the repatterning statements work at:
* Changing your self image from fat to fit
* Forcing you to believe in your ability to do it
* Keeping your reasons for being fit in the front of your mind
* Helping you visualize the right actions and the right results
* Helping you enjoy taking the goal achieving actions
* And a whole lot more
Now, it can happen quickly or it can take two or three months
before your new mindset starts kicking in adjusting your
thoughts and decisions and your actions... the choices that you
make... keep in mind you are trying to undo a lifetime of
habits.
But as long as you have the doubt in your mind, if you have the
questions... "Can I really change my eating habits? Can I
really get organized? Can I really increase my sales? Can I
really set some big goals and start achieving them?
...Then it cannot happen. And it won't happen.
If you have doubt and little real motivation and there's other
serious hesitations on your part, then the answer is no.
But when you change your core beliefs, thoughts, attitudes and
emotions surrounding food and moving your body, like

assist you in doing, you will truly know the difference... you
will know deeply in your heart why you used to fail to drop
weight and/or keep it off. Because when you succeed, you will
recognize that your thoughts and all your motivations are
different than they were when you were failing again and again.
You will know once and for all that you are in control... that
you can achieve anything you want by simply controlling what you
put into your mind.
So if you want to drop four or five or even 20 inches off your
waist, it has to start with your thoughts. Come with me.

older.

tools you have gather dust.
